- THE NOBEL PRIZE WINNERS
Translated from English by Alexandre Gamkrelidze
In 1930 Galsworthy published On Forsyte Change, which tells about the older Forsytes chronicled in The Man of Property, the first book of The Forsyte Saga.
John Galsworthy received the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1932, a year before he died, "for his distinguished art of narration which takes its highest form in The Forsyte Saga".
