Platon Anchabadze is named after his great-grandfather. He is thirty-five years old and lives in Tbilisi. People have given him a nick-name – Platon Mtsire (Junior). One day his monotonous life turns upside down when he learns that his great grandfather's brother Dutu Anchabadze, who immigrated to France together with Georgian intelligentsia in 1921, has left a fortune for his descendants in one of the banks in Paris. This news is so unexpected and exciting that he tries to reanimate in his head the events that would have taken place centuries ago and tries to imagine the unknown episodes from the lives of his ancestors. And then begins the journey full of wonderful adventures.

The stories Platon had imagined come to life before his eyes when he goes abroad to claim his inheritance. Mtsire's life becomes dynamic, romantic and full of comic scenes.
