The Seven-Day Chronicles
- NOTES AND DIARIES
When Georgia was going through the economic, political and cultural crisis, Leri Alimonaki did not stand aside. Unlike others who exercised the policy of non-involvement, he spoke up, in accordance with his civic and writer’s ethics.
At the time he was contacted from the USA by Shota Vashakidze, the editor of an internet-paper Kvali, which covered political and social issues. The agreement was that once a week Leri Alimonaki would submit his thoughts and opinions about the current events. This is how The Seven-Day Chronicles were born.
